    In this course, we explore ways of planning, framing, and managing a thesis paper.  Our goal is to exit the course with a solid research paper, and have set of tools for planning and conducting similar tasks in the future. We also cultivate skills in academic writing, giving and offering feedback, presenting research and ideas, and so on.

    This course meets on:

    Mondays: 9:00 - 10:15 -  (room 425)

    Wednesdays:  3:00 - 4:15 - (room 425)

    In this course, we aim to cultivate our communication, receptive, and reflective skills.  Through experiencing various modes of communication (including working alone and in groups), we can create and develop skills for use in our academic & professional careers. 

    This course meets on:

    Wednesdays - 10:30 - 11:45  (room 424)

    Fridays - 1:30 - 2:45 - (room 424)

    Here, we attempt to build upon your Fundamentals of Writing experience, and push ourselves to engage more wholly with research texts, varied business- and professional writing genres, and to more carefully incorporate academic language and styles into our writing.

    This course meets on:

    Wednesdays - 12:00 - 1:15   (room 507)

    Fridays - 3:00 - 4:15 p.m.  (room 507)

    We aim to cultivate foundational skills in various communicative methods and modes, working alone, in groups, in person, and through digital media.

    This course meets Mondays (10:30 - 11:45) and Thursdays (1:30 - 2:45) in room 507

    In this course, we aim to peruse and reflect on skills for managing and enhancing our university life.  The goal is to give you tools to create the university life that suits and fulfills you.

    This course meets initially (and, periodically) on Fridays at 4:30 - 5:20 p.m. in room 241. Otherwise, it will meet online

    A course to cultivate skills in productivity software, with an emphasis on creativity, consciousness in design, and learning skills to use in your professional life.

    This course meets:

    Mondays: 3:00 - 4:15 p.m.  (room 206)

    Thursdays:  9:00  - 10:15  a.m. (room 206)
